Hotel well located, very close to the beach, good food, nice atmosphere.
Not very spacy rooms (double ones), service not always friendly, no indoor pool.

Excellent stay, we very much enjoyed our short holiday - 3 nights at H Kaliakra. We had a standard room which had a double bed and a single bed for our child, plus a coach to sit comfortably while watching TV. They had 2 Romanian stations which was a nice surprise for us. 2 cups and an electric boiler for making coffee or tea in the room, plus the minibar with a few basic items offered within the all-inclusive package. Great food variety, very good drinks, even international ones, plus very polite and friendly staff. And not to forget to mention the evening shows which were quite entertaining, it started each evening at 9.30 pm.We would recommend this hotel to anyone, especially tourists looking to more family oriented hotel.
yes, we were disappointed they do not have a sauna/jacuzzi facility.

The terrace overlooking the sea was the perfect place to start my day with a cup of aromatic coffee. The beach sets were pre-booked for guests, so no need to fight for a spot. Had a blast at Aquamania Aqua Park! The animation programs were a hit, especially Sports Around. The swimming pools had good effects on my nervous and musculoskeletal systems. Thematic evening menus in the restaurant were a treat. The beach access with the first holiday library in Europe was a unique experience.
The feeling of the soft sea waves gently touching me? Yeah, right.

Overall the best vacation with family experience thanks to great services, personnel and facilities of this hotel. This was the best ultra all inclusive services hotel for us.
Not a complaint, but a suggestion: it would be nice to have a gym and a sauna, this is all it misses in my opinion.

We went there in May, right before the peak season. It was all-inclusive. Breakfast, lunch and dinner was all good, plenty of choices. Really value for money. Right at the beach, kids loved the kids pool with the slide.
1. The bathroom was a little smelly. 2. While the children were having a dart contest(game) with the animators(3 boys). When a young girl walked by, they asked the girl to join the game and ever since then they just kept flirting with her. Which I think they are unprofessional and shouldn't be doing in front of kids!

The hotel's decoration is absolutely charming, with beautiful floral arrangements and cozy seating areas. The general areas are clean and well-maintained, making it easy for me to navigate around with my walker. The hotel has ramps and elevators, which made it accessible for senior people like me.
I would have liked to see more attentive and friendly staff members during my stay. It would have made my vacation even better if the children working there had shown more interest in accommodating the needs of senior guests.

Okay! Room, food & comfort -are okay. It's a good rate between price & services.
Taking into consideration the price, it’s difficult to claim … Probably if I’d choose a five stars resort, with afferent costs, I had only few minor issues, but regarding Kaliakra it’s really okay!

I also enjoyed the variety of evening menus and the exclusive sports program. The hotel's beach area was a great place to relax and enjoy the soft sea waves.
The "all inclusive" perks were very limited, making it feel like they were providing the absolute minimum.
